If you have questions for us, feel free to contact us. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible. If you are contacting us to request an investigation, we ask that you look over and understand the guidelines listed below. In certain instances we can be flexible, but generally speaking, we hold very firm to our protocols.

Note: We are currently not taking applications for new group members at this time. Additionally, we rarely have investigations large enough where we can afford to take guests with us either. We appreciate the interest in what we do and thank everyone for their support.

Investigation Request Guidelines:

- First and foremost: requesting an investigation does not guarantee that we will accept and actually take the case. Requests will be evaluated on an case by case basis to determine if the nature of the case fits our criteria. Additionally, investigations often will not happen immediately. It usually takes some coordinating with other investigators as to when the team can make it.
- We are not "ghost busters". We are a team of scientifically-minded individuals who collect and try to interpret data. We can help to try to comprehend and understand a phenomena that may be occurring, but we do not "cleanse" a home or remove spirits. We encourage individuals to contact someone from their respective faith for this purpose.
- We are willing to travel a little bit, but we ask that investigation requests be in the greater St. Louis area.
- If you do not own the property that you are requesting an investigation of, get the owner's permission before sending the request. Also, please do not send a request such as "Hey, will you guys go and investigate [random location]? I've heard its really haunted." There are a lot of places we'd like to go, but securing permission is not always the easiest job in the world.
- Most of our team members have "regular" jobs meaning that the best time for all of us is usually the weekend. We can make arrangements for other times if the need should arise, but we may not be able to run with a full team.
- For an investigation, we would need access to the area during the times when the paranormal phenomena has been reported to happen. If it happens while you are sleeping at night, we will need to be there during that time of the evening. Often times an investigation will take several hours requiring us to be present until late in the evening.
- The team size for an investigation, depending on member availability, is between 2 to 6 investigators. Also, it goes against our professionalism to bring "spectators" or friends just to "hang out" with us. We would ask the same of you as well. We request there be a minimum number of people on the property during the investigation to reduce external contamination of our evidence. We understand and respect others curiosity and would be happy to meet with guests before the investigation.
- Once we have begun an investigation, we respectfully request that you refrain from inviting other paranormal groups to concurrently open investigations.  We understand there may be a need or desire to have multiple opinions, but we ask that this action wait until we have concluded our research and have presented our findings.
- We believe in holding our reported evidence of the paranormal up for peer review by posting captured evidence on our website. For all private residences or businesses, we never reveal any specifics about the location or names of individuals involved.
- Any historical or otherwise relevant information you might have on the property should be presented to us before the investigation. This type of data can give us valuable clues as to how to conduct our investigation.
- We always offer clients copies of all our findings and data for an investigation - at no charge, of course. Additionally, sometimes it takes us up to a couple of weeks to thoroughly review all the evidence. Evidence review is by no means an overnight process.
- Before the investigation takes place, we often find it helpful to do a preliminary interview - either in person or over the phone. We have a standard series of questions we ask to ascertain background information. If we ask questions about your religious faith or other sensitive topics, please do not be offended, we are just trying to gather as much knowledge as we can.
- After we conclude our investigation, a client is always free to contact us as needed further down the road with any questions you may have.
- And it goes without saying: Investigations are always at no cost to the client.

This may seem like a considerable number of regulations, but strict adherence to these protocols are what allow us to maintain our professionalism and reputation. If you would like to discuss any of the guidelines before requesting an investigation, please contact us. If you agree to all the guidelines, feel free to request us for an investigation.
